To keep our rates as low as possible we don't accept credit cards.

We ask you to pay the deposit in cash.

Three banks in our neighberhood have an ATM.

Terms of cancellation

We ask our clients to make a deposit of €25,00 a room after booking confirmation, except by written agreement (a deposit of 50% is asked for a stay longer than three nights at the moment of booking).

A transfer is always confirmed to our clients by email.

The deposit will not be paid back in case of cancellation except if [Su'ro] can let the room again.
